Selecting of Raw Material:We choose premium strong strength grade steel as raw material for producing Elastic Fastener Rail Clip, the steel is reliable and from certified long term producer.
Shearing:The spring steel need to be sheered to specified length
Heating:The sheared rods are heated to the 950℃to 1000℃, but the workers must pay attention to check the decarburization.
Forming:The heated bar is transferred to power press for forging, and then be transported to the quenching tank for quenching and tempering.
Inspection:the clips are checked for the dimensional accuracy and quench hardness by the inspection facility.
Surface Treatment:The surface can be oiled or other color according to the requirement of customers.
Packing:Plastic bags and wooden pallets or other packing way according to clients' requirement.
